Welcome to 3rd Grade Social Studies and Science
I'm originally from Little Rock, AR, but I currently reside in Olive Branch,MS. This is my sixth school year in Education teaching Science.I'm married to my college sweetheart. We currently have a 9 year old son and a one year old daughter .
My Why?
Teaching affords me the opportunity to be the change I want to see in Education.I believe every student is different and all capable of learning in their own way. By teaching I'm able to make impactful relationships in communities similar to the ones in my upbringing.
Goals in EducationMy goal as a teacher is to bring learning to life for all my students and encourage their growth as a person. By the end of the year I hope to have assisted all my students in their academic growth and instilled a love for learning.
Teaching Philosophy : I believe that as a teacher it is important to commit to being a lifetime learner. No one can ever be flawless and no one can know it all. Therefore, I know I can never be a perfect teacher; but I am determined to try my best at everything I do, dedicated to always continue learning, and will strive to be the best teacher I can be.
