MSE Mendenhall TCAP Testing Schedule!

MSE is excited to announce our TCAP testing dates for the month of May! We cannot stress enough how important it is for us to reach our goal of testing over 80% of our students in person. Attached is an image of our testing calendar showing which tests will be given on which dates. In order to protect student and staff safety, all students will be socially distant during testing and we are trying to limit the number of days that students will need to be in the building. Students must take their tests in order, therefore it is important that students miss no days during this testing window!

 

For students in second grade, they will come to school Thursday and Friday (May 6 and May 7).

For students in grades three and six, they will come to school on Mondays (May 3, May 10, and May 17).

For students in grades four and seven, they will come to school on Tuesdays (May 4, May 11, and May 18).

For students in grades five and eight, they will come to school on Wednesdays (May 5, May 12, and May 19).

If your student is receiving accommodations, it is likely that they will need to come to the building more frequently in order to meet their accommodations. If this is the case, you will be hearing from your child's ESL teacher, SPED teacher, or Counselor.

Students who are testing in person should come to school for the whole day and should arrive at school before 8:00 am, and they will be dismissed from school at the regular dismissal time of 3:15 pm. Students should bring their materials, devices, and headphones with them. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to students each day.

MSE se complace en anunciar nuestras fechas para los exámenes de TCAP en el mes de mayo! No podemos enfatizar lo suficiente sobre lo importante que es para nosotros alcanzar nuestra meta de evaluar al 80% de nuestros estudiantes en persona. Se adjunta una imagen de nuestro calendario de exámenes que muestra cuáles exámenes se darán en qué fechas. Para proteger la seguridad de los estudiantes y el personal, todos los estudiantes estarán socialmente distantes durante los exámenes y estamos tratando de limitar la cantidad de días que los estudiantes necesitarán estar en el edificio. Los estudiantes deben tomar sus exámenes en orden, por lo tanto, es importante que los estudiantes no pierdan ningún día durante este período de exámenes.

Para los estudiantes de segundo grado, vendrán a la escuela el jueves y viernes (6 y 7 de mayo).

Para los estudiantes de tercer y sexto grado, vendrán a la escuela los lunes (3 de mayo, 10 de mayo y 17 de mayo).

Para los estudiantes de cuarto y séptimo grado, vendrán a la escuela los martes (4 de mayo, 11 de mayo y 18 de mayo).

Para los estudiantes de quinto y octavo grado, vendrán a la escuela los miércoles (5 de mayo, 12 de mayo y 19 de mayo).

Si su estudiante está recibiendo adaptaciones, es probable que tenga que ir al edificio con más frecuencia para cumplir con las adaptaciones. Si este es el caso, tendrá noticias del maestro de ESL, el maestro de SPED o el consejero de su hijo.

Los estudiantes que tomarán el examen en persona deben venir a la escuela durante todo el día y deben llegar a la escuela antes de las 8:00 am, y serán despedidos de la escuela a la hora regular de salida que es a las 3:15 pm. Los estudiantes deben traer sus materiales, dispositivos y audifonos. Se proporcionará desayuno y almuerzo a los estudiantes todos los días.
