TechCorner
Welcome to this month’s Tech Corner! Here’s the latest on keeping tech in top shape for learning success:
Bring Devices Charged & Ready to Go!
Students, remember to bring your devices fully charged each day! A charged device means you're ready to jump into every lesson without interruptions. If you're having trouble keeping it charged, try setting a reminder each night or creating a charging station at home.
Tech Tip of the Month: Manage Battery Life
- Close Unused Apps: Having many apps open drains your battery.
- Dim Your Screen: Lower brightness settings to help extend battery life.
- Power Off Weekly: Give your device a break by powering it off at least once a week.
Recommended Apps for Student Success
This month, we recommend Google Keep for quick note-taking and reminders, and Khan Academy for free, on-demand help across subjects. Both apps are perfect for study sessions and are easy to use on any device!
Keeping your tech ready means smoother learning experiences for everyone—let’s make this month a powerful one with fully charged devices and new tools for success!
Absenteeism
Parents- submit your student excuse notes to the office via email at: [email protected]. The note should include Student Name, Grade, Reason & Dates of Absence, Parent Name and Contact information.
