Students do not have to wear uniforms; however, they must be appropriately dressed (school-appropriate clothing).

Saturday Tutoring is an important opportunity to stay on track and continue progressing toward academic goals.

Last week presented some unexpected challenges with early dismissal on Thursday and Friday. While it was not ideal, I am truly grateful for your patience, flexibility, and partnership. Challenges often bring lessons, and we are committed to using those lessons to improve our systems for safety and efficiency.

As a result, we are making a small but important change to dismissal procedures:

🚗 Car Rider Line:
We ask that all students be picked up through the designated car rider line no later than 3:30 PM.

🏫 After 3:30 PM:
Students who are not picked up by 3:30 PM in the car rider line will be relocated to the Elementary Cafeteria for pickup.

🚫 Front of Building Pickup:
Beginning today, students will no longer be picked up at the front of the building. All late pickups must report to the Elementary Cafeteria.

The MSE Summer STEM Leadership Camp is designed to help students develop leadership, teamwork, and college readiness skills through engaging academic and outdoor experiences.

At Memphis School of Excellence, student safety is a top priority. Students will participate in a required safety training in alignment with state guidelines.
